There are a number of key concepts which are useful to know when using the Awards entry system:

Registration

• To register you will be required to supply your first name, last name and email address, as well as a password.
• Agree to the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy and click “Submit” • You will then receive an email to the email address provided. Please click the link to in the email to validate your email address •
• Please note: you will be unable to complete a submission until your email address has been validated. Please ensure you check your spam folders or go to your profile to re-send the confirmation email or edit your address in case of misspelling.

Logging in

• Once your account is set up you can return at any time, using your login credentials to manage your account and amend or alter your nomination(s)
• If you have forgotten your password please click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page

How to complete an entry

• Select a category and review the criteria
• When you are ready click “Enter Now”, if you are not logged in, you will either need to create a new account or enter your log in credentials before you can proceed with a submission
• When you have entered all required information the "Complete" button at the bottom of the page becomes available.
• Agree to the terms and conditions and hit “Complete” to finalise the entry

"Save for later" and "Saved Items"

• The submission process allows for saving of partially completed entries
• Please use the "Save for Later" button to move an entry into the saved items • When you log out and log back in you can retrieve the entry from saved items 
• You must then complete the required fields and click “Return to submission” to complete the submission form and finalise your nomination

Modify a completed entry

• Nominations can be edited up to the Awards Entry closing date, even after they have been submitted
• Once you have logged in to your account you can locate a completed entry via the "Nominations" menu
• Click on the relevant submission to access the submission details 
• Edit the entry and use the save button to store changes
